When food meets a real physiological need, eating behavior changes. When unconscious needs, often related to emotions or emotional shocks, are identified, weight loss accelerates.
New learning with hypnosis allows you to find a balanced diet, to play sports and to strengthen your motivation to maintain your balanced weight permanently.
We will also work on your representation of your body image by giving you the means to reappropriate a positive vision of your own body and to allow you to apprehend positively the changes with those around you.
This is what makes the difference over time and helps you lighten your body, as much as your mind.
Hypnosis is also a real asset to get out of the spirals of bulimia or anorexia.

During the first session, we will complete a specific questionnary in order to determine your objective and be sure it will be motivating and attainable.
