WHAT HYPNOSIS IS NOT
Hypnosis is neither spectacle hypnosis, nor a therapeutic practice.
It cannot be considered either, however surprisingly some of its results, as falling within the scope of magic in the usual sense given to the term.
Hypnosis acts in the sense of well-being, it is part of the helping relationship, outside of a medical framework; it does not replace a consultation or medical treatment to which it can be complementary. It does not in any way exempt from consulting a health professional when necessary.
Any question relating to the medical field should be asked of your doctor. The hypnosis practitioner does not establish any medical diagnosis or prescription.
The client must bring to the attention of the hypnosis practitioner any existence of medical treatment or significant medical diagnosis (mental or physical illness) that may interfere with the practice of hypnosis.
