Management of emotions and trauma

We are all endowed with emotional capacities, it is a potential that we can learn to  well use like any resource. To tame our emotions is to learn to manage them, to  accept - and accept their interventions in our lives.

Recognizing one's emotions means admitting that they are in oneself but also the  to accept deep within oneself.  To manage an emotion is to come into contact with this emotion, the latter is in us, it  is felt when we go to the center, that is to say in our belly.
It resides at this level and not in the head !
  She is almost palpable when she is  felt; it is very often strong, perhaps painful and poignant. To feel means  recognize that an emotion is in us. Each of us can do it and has done it in our lifetime,  starting in childhood.


Hypnosis allows you to explore your deeper mechanisms that triggered these  emotions at a given moment and to give them a new direction, adapted to what  you want today.
